He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Noily Paul Sr. and Iola Smith Paul; his grandparents, Rev. Raymond Paul Sr. and Harriet Joseph Paul; and his siblings, Roland, Norman Paul and Iona Paul (Mary Cassimere Paul).
He is survived by: his children, Noily Paul III, Donna Paul, Darlene Paul Carr and Iren Paul II; his siblings, Delores Paul of Seattle, WA, Rosemary Paul of New Orleans La and Leroy Paul Sr.; and his children-in-law, James Carr and Cynthia Paul.
