He is survived by: his wife Iris Cooper; his children, Nellie Cooper, Scott Cooper, Richard Cooper (Sam), Amber Cooper, Franklin Cooper and Jack Cooper; and his sisters, Ena Cooper Bodden (Zuto) and Norma Cooper Gomez (Brandon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
