He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Siegmund (Otto) and Jerry Repka (Lynn); and his nieces and nephews, Billy, David, Karen, Debbie, Lisa, Dana, Sheila, Susan, Sharon, Jerry II and Chad. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
