Smith (Leonard); her grandchildren, Devon, Alyssa (Blake Toner, Sr.), Haley, Steven and Logan; her great grandchildren, Blake, Jr. and Steven, Jr.; her sister Nancy T. Delerno (Darryl); and her godmother Joy Perez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
