He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chris, Kim (Garen), Mike (Kylene), Beth (Ryan), Chris B., John M. (Michelle), Eric (Carlie), Barbara, Daniel, Chelsie (John), C. J. and Brandon; and also, Keith Holder (Ann), John Holder (Karen) and Timmy Holder (Lisa). He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
