She was predeceased by: her spouse Camille Paul Bourg; her parents, Thomas Martinez and Leah Wagner Martinez Ruiz; and her stepfather Captain Robert "Bob" Ruiz. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Bourg Adams (John Eric) and Beryl Bourg Ates (Craig); her grandchildren, Nicole Adams Domachowski (Jon), Courtney Adams, Chase Adams (Kathleen), Brittany Ates and Michelle Ates; and her great grandchildren, Zoey Domachowski, McKenna Ates, Kinsley Duhon and Kailey Ates.
The family wishes to extend their thanks to the nurses and caregivers of Woldenberg Village, Alzheimers Unit and Compassus Hospice for their care and compassion.
