She is survived by: her children, Dawn Myers Massey (Steven), Kerry Myers and Kelly O'Toole Tingstrom; and her grandchildren, Ryan Myers (Amy), Sarah Myers Guillot, Scott Massey, Julie Myers Hinton (Stephen), Rachel Massey, Jessica Massey, Laura Myers Gorman (Jared), Michael Myers, Rebecca Tingstrom and Courtney O'Toole. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, Louisiana Parole Project, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
