He is survived by: his spouse Jody Rodrigue Rotolo; his children, Mandy Ready (Billy), Jennifer Angrisano (Michael) and Manuel "Trey" Rotolo, III (Heather); his grandchildren, Madison Ready (Bryce), Abigail, Will Ready, Jordan Perkins (Tim), Mikayla, Gavin Angrisano, Gianna and Gemma Rotolo; his siblings, Karen Grow (Al), Joe Rotolo and Brian Rotolo (Sarah); his pet Maggie; his close friend Tim McGinnis; his parents-in-law, Samuel Rodrigue, Sr. and Josie Loyacano Rodrigue; and his caregivers, Raenell Carter, Ta'Shieka Brown and Manuel.
