She is survived by: her parents, Maria L. Freeman and Luis F. Rivera; her daughter Maria Antonieta; her grandson Phillip Carsten; her boyfriend George; and her siblings, Maria Lida, Clemencia, Gloria and Oscar. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
