He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhoda Ann McClellan Oakley and William Roscoe Oakley; and his siblings, Gerald Oakley and Millie Champlin. He is survived by: his child Debra Piglia; his grandchildren, Brandi Faucheaux (Patrick), Elisha Fisher (Edmund), Jason Piglia (Jacinta) and Justin Piglia (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Grace Faucheaux, Julia Faucheaux, Ella Fisher, Easton Fisher and Ellis Piglia; and his sibling Linda Oakley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
