He is survived by: his siblings, Joann Smith, Sandra S. Sam, Ilka S. Douglas, Carl L. Smith and Carolyn Smith; his goddaughter Chasity Petty; and his nephew Josh Ford. He is also survived by great-great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
