She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Joseph LeBlanc Sr. and Marguerite Lois Falcon LeBlanc. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Bailey; her son Jeffrey Perque (John Creasy); her grandchildren, Paul, Brandon and Lindsey; her great grandchildren, Savannah and Isla; and her siblings, Cindy Galey (Clifford), Aubrey LeBlanc Jr., Nancy Roberts (Pat), Gail Boudreaux (Daniel) and Bobby LeBlanc (Maggie). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests consideration of honoring Kathy's memory through contributions to the Thyroid Cancer Survivors Association (thyca.org) or the American Cancer Society.
