She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald "Sarge" Carter Sr. The; her son Michael Charles Carter; her parents, Felix Puchot and Bernadine Puchot; and her siblings, Elaine Rusich and Robert Puchot.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Jed" Carter Jr. (Tammy), Jan Mackie (late Jerry), Robert "Bobby" Carter (Noelle) and Michelle "Shelly" Kercho; her grandchildren, Jerry, Jessica, Chad, Nicholas, Jared, Taylor, Leigh-Ann, Christina, Sarah, Caroline, Madeleine and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Skyler, Chance, Hayden, Brenna, Jackson, Olivia, Addisyn, Mason, Harvey, Luca, Catherine, Bennett, Evan, Freya and Roman. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
