He is survived by: his parents, Antoniette Kennell Harper (Livingston) and Phillip Pharr; his friend Charell Winfield; his children, Marquees Cheatteam and Maddox Winfield; his siblings, Christopher Kennell, Philliph Kennell, Antonio Pharr (Jasmine), Livingston Harper Jr., Shantell Scott, Antoinette Pharr (Justin Burston) and Akeelah Harper; and his grandparents, Pauline James, Anthony Barthelemy and Charren Barthelemy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives, and devoted friends.
