Lewis, Sr. (Greta); his wife Hazel Cinderella Pitts; his children, Joseph Duncan Lewis, III, Jarvis Daniel Lewis and Taryn Arlette Gaines-Manley (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jara Donique Lewis and Zion Nasir Lewis; the mother of his children Hazel; his nieces and nephews, Ateja Lewis (Frank), Kristy Martin (Derrell), Aijanae Sartin (Tre), Tiffany Lewis, Giavonni Lewis, Terral Lewis (Amber), Delvin Lewis (Dominique), Darren Lewis (Jamani), Keenan Lewis, Gary Lewis, Jr. (Ebony) and Garron Lewis (Danta); and his godchildren, Irene Lewis, Keenan Lewis and Kristy Martin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
