He is survived by: his spouse Marion Woods; his son Joseph Woods; his grandchildren, Keyanna Woods, Elizah Watson, Iyanna Woods, Ty'ron McGowan, Kyla McGowan and Mark McGowan, III; his siblings, Clifton J. Woods, Gaston Woods Jr. (Mona), Angela Cesar (Todd), Roy Woods and Mary Ann Woods Espree; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Shaw Davis, Mary Shaw, Lucy Shaw Cornelius (Ronald), Arthur Shaw, Ervin Shaw, Michael Shaw, Charles Shaw, Iris Shaw Saylor, Joanne Marie Shaw Montano and Wilbert Shaw; and his godchild Eddie Saylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
