He is survived by: his children, Susan Murphy Deslattes (Clem) and John M Murphy, Jr. (Leslie); his grandchildren, Jennifer Deslatte Coco (Bradley), Jarod Joseph Murphy (Angela), Jacob Patrick Murphy and Robert Conlin Murphy; his great grandchildren, Ryan Patrick Coco and Jackson Joseph Murphy; his sister Sharon Murphy Gauthreaux (late Earl); and his brother-in-law Lloyd Massey (Sandra). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
