She was predeceased by: her father Warren Perkins. She is survived by: her mother Audrey Perkins; her husband David "Dave"; her children, Alexandra, Jacob and Jason; and her siblings, Dianne and Warren Jr.. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
