He was predeceased by: his wife Justine Harvey; his parents, Samuel Jesse Harvey and Ellen Sims Harvey; his child Nelila Harvey Jones; and his siblings, Eddie Harvey, Sr., Elmo Harvey, Hose Harvey, Minnie Jones, Jessie Lee Baker, Jessie Mae Brumfield and Dorothy Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Maximillion Harvey, Venita Harvey, Wendell Bates, Mary Worsham and Lynette Graves; and his siblings, Preston Harvey, Charles R. Harvey and Eva Mae Burnett. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
