He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Marks and Ruth Greyson Marks; and his brother Robert Marks (late Faye). He is survived by: his wife Betty Finch Marks; his children, James W. Marks, Jr. and Linda M. Kim (Melvin); his grandchildren, Michael Kim (Sarah), Jennifer K. Love (Ben) and Jonathan Kim; his great grandchild Gavin; and his sister Arlene M. Davis (late Chuck). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
