He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, James and Mary Phelips Jordan; his mother Sarah Halley Raymond; his stepfather Isom D. Raymond, Sr.; his siblings, Donald Railey, Robert Railey, Bobby Raymond, Lionel Johnson, Delois Railey Mitchell, Jacqueline Raymond Mackey and Jacqueline Thomas; his children, Inga Halley Jenkins, Jeanette Garner (George), Denise Burse (Charles), Jason Halley (Candice) and Isaac Doyle; his siblings, Calvin Raymond, Isom Raymond, Jr., Artis Raymond, Ronnie Raymond (Dorothy), Andrew Lee Thomas, Jr., Aaron Johnson, Jennifer Raymond, Joyce Raymond, Carolyn Scott (Anthony), Ida Johnson and Patricia Stewart; and his close friends, John Emory and James Jackson. He was also cherished by nine grandsons; ten granddaughters; eighteen great-grandchildren.
