He is survived by: his wife Pam Balestra Toups; his siblings-in-law, Joe Balestra (Adeline), Ralph Balestra Jr. (Marylynn), Sal Balestra, Brian Balestra (Jodi) and Gwen Meinhardt (John); his friends, Chad Foret (Mayerlin) and Herbert Perque; and also Jake. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
