He is survived by: his children, Mandy Ransbottom (Tan Nguyen), Brittany Pierce (Matthew Biri) and Brooke Pierce; his grandchildren, Bryce Jorgenson, Drake Nguyen and Sebastian Nguyen; his father Carl Pierce; and his siblings, Sally Havnen (Derek), Mark Pierce (Janine) and Ricky Pierce (Danielle). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other family, and numerous friends.
