She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Patterson; her parents, Douglas Blake and Gloria Blake; and her grandparents, Douglas, Helen Blake, David and Rosa Lambert.
She is survived by: her sons, David Blake, Sr. and Galen K. Blake; and her siblings, Frederick, Donna, Carmen and Allison Blake. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
