She loved to Cruise, meet people from all walks of life, and cherished the friends and people who made her most happy. “Such a heart breaker to hear our Beloved Frances was called home to her final resting place. So many wonderful and fond memories of Frances. Through my eyes, she was always an "Evita", meaning, "always Dressed to the Nines". From her hair, makeup, jewelry, clothing, shoes, belt, everything which she wore was an exact image of the person she was within. From Jewelry shows, shopping, to dining out, Frances was always at the center of where life was lived to the fullest. ( to be continued) next”
