He is survived by: his spouse Jannies Gatlin Veal; his children, Quintrice Edwards, Erica Odoms and Eric Veal, Jr.; his grandchildren, Ashley Edwards, Taylor Edwards, Hailey Edwards, Craig Stovall, Jr. and Eric Veal, Jr.; and his siblings, Horace, Sr. of Washington, Charley Veal, Mark Veal, Betty Landix, Debbie Owens, David Veal, Naomi, Carolyn of Washington and Hilda McClure. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
