He is survived by: his wife Tina J. LeBlanc; his children, Kristi LeBlanc Armstrong and Brittani Marie LeBlanc; his grandchildren, Dominique Hannah, Jerry Hannah Jr., Christian Hannah, Brayden Armstrong and Mia Armstrong; his great grandchildren, Zayda Dougherty and Faith Griffin; and his sisters, Colleen Angelica, Alicia Taulli, Susan LeBlanc Bellanger and Cheryl Haik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
