She was predeceased by: her husband William Lacy, Sr.; her child Leotis Lacy; her parents, Joseph Thomas, Sr. and Elmira Bickham; and her siblings, Patricia Gibson, Jerry Fields, George Fields and Joseph Thomas, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Ratliff (Joseph), Michelle Williams (Richard) and William Lacy, Jr. (Lorraine); and her sister Ruby Johnson. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
