With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Welch (Harvey, Louisiana), who passed away on January 6, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thadeus Welch and Grace Welch; and his siblings, Howard Welch (Sue), Veronica Favre (Dave), Patricia Ament and David Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Brewer Welch; his children, Derek Edward Welch and Victoria Welch Short (Tom); and his granddaughter Eleanor Grace Short. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the New Orleans Order of Sister Servants of Mary.
