He is survived by: his wife Connie Michel Spencer; his children, Scott Spencer (Laura) and Shannon Spencer Adams (Mike); his grandchildren, Joshua Spencer (Hollie), Jacob Spencer, Katelyn Adams, Elizabeth Spencer and Emily Spencer; his great grandchild Kenzie Spencer; and his siblings, Jody Spencer Tozel and Heidi Barras Evenson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
