She was predeceased by: her brother Ernest J. "E. J." Bordenave Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Frank W. Lawson Jr.; her children, Terry Phillips (Craig) and Tracy Crawford; her great grandchild Nisa Calbos; and her granddaughters, Christina Doty, Rachel Herrin and Jennifer Norman. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews along with many friends.
