She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ramona Buras and Arnold Buras; her grandparents, Helen and Anatole Fabiano; her significant other Mark "Hobbo" Cognevich; her children, Tera Dahlberg (Jason) and Chad Bowles (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Dylan Bowles, Zackary Bowles and Ella Bowles.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 2:15 PM to 3:15 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
