She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira "Ivory" Tate and Yvonne Ruffin-Tate; and her sister Cynthia Marie Tate. She is survived by: her husband Clifton Bourrage; her children, Cynthia Tate Burns (Cleveland), Theresh Tate and Kalvin Tate (Linda); and her siblings, Iris May (Alvin), Patricia Rice (JC), Iona Smith (Robert), Deborah Jones (Rudolph) and Ira Tate (Sonja). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
