He is survived by: his children, Shandrell Butler (Jerome), Chandrell Johnson and Kendrell Johnson; his grandchildren, Carieal Johnson, Aniya Brown, Kenneth, Jamie and Jerome Butler, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Bray Lynn and Bailee Winkles; his siblings, Isiah Anderson (Thelma), Rene Anderson (Laurie), Carleen Monroe, Ben Monroe, Jr. (Charlotte), Nina McGrew and Gina Killebrew (Chauncey); and his great-aunt Eva Valentine Daggs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
