He is survived by: his wife Judy Wingerter Kelley; and his children, Dianne Kelley, Charles "Chuck" Lavignette IV (Tracey), Mary Ring (Gary), Patricia Anvick (Bob), Lance Lavignette (Bonnie), Danny Kelley (Norma) and Brian Kelley II. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
