She was predeceased by: her spouse Jaime Lago Lopez; her parents, Jules Plaisance and Theresa Guidry Plaisance; and her siblings, Aline Plaisance Taravella, Ludger Plaisance, David Plaisance and Danny Plaisance.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Lopez Aucoin (late Robert Sr.), Angalia Lopez Broom (late Roger) and Manuel James Lopez; her grandchildren, Jill Aucoin Ritzmann (Steven), Tammy Aucoin Piglia (Ronald), Robert C. Aucoin, Jr. (Nicole), Rochelle Broom and Ericke Broom (Joy); her great grandchild Eva Aucoin; and her sister Alice Plaisance Biddle.
