He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Tully and Loretta Casey Tully; and his sibling Thomas Tully. He is survived by: his siblings, Theda Melerine (late Landry), Betty Totora (Russell), Paul "Tucker" Tully, Mercedes Tully Jordan, Marlene Tully Kelone and Melroy Tully; his sisters-in-law, Rose, Catherine Tully and Barbara Tully Pitre; his wife Dolores; his children, Andrea Tully (Doug Marshall), Arleen Heiden (Brian) and Aubrey John Tully; his grandsons, Ethan Waters, John Wattigny and Robert Wattigny; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Waters, Brycen, Colten and Jaxon Wattigny. He is also survived by his brothers, brothers-in-law, son-in-law, kids and grandkids.
