He is survived by: his wife Velma Clarke; his children, Trevor Maxim (Lara), Allan, Modada (Ada), Omari (Nasica), Kyle, Laura, Ashakie, Leonora, Lacey, Alisha Clarke and Patrick Stephens; and his sister Lena Henry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
