He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Weeks and Pennie Weeks; and his siblings, John Weeks, James Weeks, Marie Lea and Laura Nettles.

He is survived by: his wife Zadie Faye Weeks; his daughter Linda Rena Hise; and his sister Lorraine Weeks. He is also survived by two granddaughters and one grandson and two great-grandchildren and three step-daughters.
