He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Mason and Jettiev Hutto Mason; his son Clarence Dewayne "Boo" Mason; and his siblings, Charles Mason, Cutter Mason and Inez Sanson.
He is survived by: his sister Irene Sanson of Wildsville, LA; and his grandchildren, Bree Netherland (Tyler) of Jena, LA and Derick Mason of Harrisonburg, LA..
