He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Accardo Calcagno; his father Joseph Calcagno; his sisters, Julie Deslatte and Jackie Martinez; and his brother-in-law Adam Deslatte.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Calcagno Carroll (Vernon), Lisa Calcagno (Tracy) and Frankie Johnson (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brian McClendon, Brock McClendon and Michelle Pineda; his brother Jerry Conway (Ro); and his brother-in-law Angel Martinez. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
