He was predeceased by: his son John Fuller Carson III; his brother Clarence J. Carson; and his parents, John Fuller and Cecilia Becnel Carson. He is survived by: his spouse Gladiola "Duddy" Pauli Carson; his children, Bruce Charles Carson (Tricia), Craig Patrick Carson (Dorothy) and Julie Carson Loup (David); his grandchildren, Jill Wille (Shawn), Nicki Pejsach (Tim), Tracy Canosa (Julio), Benjamin Carson (Michelle), Jack Carson (Meaghan), Paul Carson (Venessa), Kailinn Carson (Chris), Blake Brown (Michelle), Megan Loup and Carson Loup; his great grandchildren, Evan Wille, Kohen Wille, Summer Pejsach, Kaitlin Pejsach, Ava Carson, Sophia Carson, Sloan Carson, Rhys Carson, Lily Carson, Penelope Carson, Brett Brown and Morgan Brown; and his siblings, James Carson (Doris) and Katherine Berkeley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
