Isabella Dirosa Barback Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabella Dirosa Barback of Harahan, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DiRosa and Isabelle Bonnecarrere DiRosa; her husband Lester Lawrence Barback; her brothers, Joseph DiRosa, Frank DiRosa and Louis DiRosa; her daughter Leslie Carroll; her son-in-law Kenneth Carroll; and her grandchildren, Michael Barback and Molly Barback Mayeux.
She is survived by: her children, Isabel Wingerter (Donald), Susan Finney (William), Lester M. Barback (Carol), David J. Barback (Lisa) and Joan Hailey (Robert); and her sister Anna Maria D. Mariano. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers masses or donations to the St. Rita Altar Society are preferred.
