She was predeceased by: her siblings, Edward Guidry and Leona Tassin; her mother Melanie Guidry; her husband John C Atchley (Jack); and her children, Calvin Atchley and Theresa Atchley.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Margie; her sons, John Atchley and Mark Atchley (Margie); her grandchildren, John Atchley, Victoria Cressionnie (Adam), Jonathan Atchley (Karen) and Theresa Atchley (Nathan Cheek); and her great grandchildren, Brennan, Jayden, Madeline, Jacob, Joshua, Jonathan, Juliet and Calvin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, in honor of Calvin Edward Atchley, or the American Cancer Society, in honor of Theresa Melanie Atchley.
