He is survived by: his wife Virginia Soule Matherne; his children, Virginia Toll (Earl), Armand "Bubbie" Matherne Jr., Joseph Matherne (Rhonda) and Sharon Daniels (Brian); his grandchildren, Victoria, Ariel, Amanda, Madison, Chad, Brian Jr. and Jeffrey; and his siblings, Vernie Mae Torres and Arthur Matherne Jr..
