He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Clark and Adeline Mary Jacob Clark; his children, Alvin J. Clark, Jr. and Brenda Clark; and his siblings, Henry, Harrell, Lee, Cyril, Leona, Audry, Adele and Thelma.
He is survived by: his wife Earline Richard Clark; his daughters, Sandra Ogden (Darryl) and Cathy Boudreaux (Brian); and his grandchildren, Sabrina, Bridget, Darryl Jr., Ashley, Brian Jr., Marie, Sherrie, Jeannette and Leona. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
