He was predeceased by: his wife Nita B. Mitchell; and his parents, Arthur Mitchell and Rebecca Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Mitchell (Richard Painter) and Joyce M. Ball (Michael Sr.); and his great grandchildren, Michael Ball Jr. and Jason Earl Ball.
