It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alba Luz Rodriguez of Harahan, Louisiana, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alba Luz and Medardo Agurcia; and her siblings, Pilar Agurcia, Medardo Agurcia, Miguel Agurcia, Mario Agurcia, T. Argentina Agurcia and Josefa Agurcia.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis E. Rodriguez; her children, Denisa Rodriguez, Cecilia V. Schleismann (Kevin) and Dennis Rodriguez II (Lisa); her grandchildren, Ramon Vivas, Araceli Ruiz (Randy), Lazaro Vargas, Payton Rodriguez, Leah Rodriguez and Chyann Rodriguez; and her great grandchild Sophia Ruiz.
