She is survived by: her children, Giles "Buddy" Smith (Millie), Pamela Andrews Bowen and Ray Levin Addison; and her stepsons, Randy Addison (Donna), Roger Addison (Kathy) and Greg Addison (Debra). She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
