He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fazzino and Katie Giannoble Fazzino; his wife Philipine "Phil" Tantillo Fazzino; his stepfather Tony Fazzino; and his son-in-law James "Corky" Brown.

He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Fazzino Brown of Baton Rouge and Gayle Fazzino Gendron (Jim) of Collierville; his grandchildren, Brittany Barback (Brad), Wes Brown (Amanda), Justin Gendron, Jason Gendron (Kelia) and Jamie Gendron; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Charlie, Annie Barback, Carter Gendron and Merribeth Brown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
